These terms and conditions are an agreement between Divorak Media and you. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products or services that are provided.
GENERAL
We Provide IPTV Subscriptions. 1 Connection = 1 Device, you can’t use more than one device per connection.
Any attempt to use more than 1 device at the same time will result in malfunction of your service.
Continuous persistence of attempting to use more than 1 device at the same time will cause your subscription
to be permanently terminated.
Freezing, buffering and not working content is typical for any IPTV in the world, therefore you may find
these issues. Channels & VOD in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without
prior notice. IPTV Subscription credentials are usually sent to the client registered email within 1
business day after receiving payment. The client is responsible for getting to know how IPTV works and its
nature.
ACCOUNTS
Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using this Service, you
represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree
to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or
password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without
prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
SERVICES
Availability: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or
warranty, express or implied, of any kind.
Modifications & Downtime: Divorak Media hereby declares that it holds no responsibility for any alterations,
modifications, or changes
implemented by 4K. Furthermore, Divorak Media explicitly disclaims any liability or accountability in
the event of service disruption or downtime experienced by users of 4K. Users are advised to
acknowledge that any adjustments made by 4K are beyond the purview and control of Divorak Media,
absolving the company from any associated repercussions or consequences.
SERVICE CANCELLATION
You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or place it on hold.
If you decided to put your subscription on hold your service will stop once you reach the end of the
duration of your current subscription. No payment is needed to cancel or place on hold your
subscription.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made prior to activation of any subscription or service.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms/conditions. If you do not agree with
any part, then, you do not have permission to access any part of our service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
