Instructions - Change from one provider to 4K-IPTV in Tivimate.

Step 1. Check For Updates
- Go to settings on firestick.
- Select “My Fire TV”.
- Select “About”.
- Select “Check for updates” or “Install updates.
- Repeat until all additional updates are installed.

You will see “Your Fire Stick is up-to-date”.
Step 2. Remove Old Provider And Add 4K-IPTV
At this step you will need to have a subscription. If you do not have a subscription, please request a quote Here.

- Move to the TV icon and click the circle button on your remote to open the app.
- Once the app is open, you will be either at the last channel that you were on if you have premium or at the guide if you do not. Click the back button on the remote (curled arrow) until you see settings.
- Select Settings.
- Select Playlists.
- You will see your current provider at the top. click in to it and select "delete Playlist" at the bottom. It should take you back to the playlists menu in settings.
- Click on "Add Playlist".
- Select Xtreme Codes. Enter the url http://4kliveiptv.net:25461 and click next. It will appear like it cleared the information but in fact it moved to the username step. Enter your username and click next. Again, it will clear, enter your password and click next.
- If you see an error, this means something has been typed in incorrectly.
- If everything was typed correctly you will see processing playlist. Once finished it will show you how many channels and on-demand content you have. make sure that the checkbox for “Include VOD” is checked and click next. Once it finishes you will see done on the right. Click Done.
- Once the playlist is finished loading and updating you will be at the TV guide. Information will be updated in the guide after a few minutes.
Step 3. Sign up and pay for Tivimate Premium - If Applicable
If you had us set up the premium account for you, you will have received your login information. Please proceed to step 4.

- Go to the Tivimate website Here. Create an account and pay for the lifetime subscription. Proceed to Step 4.
Step 4. Unlock Tivimate Premium - If Applicable
- When on the TV guide click the menu botton on the remote (three lines).
- Select Settings and select "Unlock Premium".
- Enter the username and password that you set up in the Tivimate Companion App or the username and password you were provided and click login.

Congratulations, you have successfully removed your old provider and added 4K-IPTV.



Recommended Tips For Tivimate

Update Tivimate To The Latest Version
- First you have to enable "Install Unknown Apps" from the main settings on the Fire Stick.
- Select the gear icon from the far right.
- Move down and select "My Fire TV".
- Select "Developer Options".
- Select "Install Unknown Apps".
- Select Tivimate to turn it on.
- Click the home button on the remote and open the Tivimate app.

- From the guide, click the menu button on the remote (3 lines).
- Select "Settings".
- Select "About".
- Select "Check For New Version". - Follow instructions to install the latest version.
Change EPG and Playlist Refresh Frequency
- From the guide, click the menu button on the remote (3 lines).
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Playlists".
- Select the playlist.
- Select "Update Interval Hours" and set to 2 hours.
- Make sure that "Update On App Start" is set to on.
- Click the back button on the remote until you are back at the settings screen.
- Select "EPG".
- Select "Update Interval Hours" and set to 2 hours.
- Make sure that "Update On App Start" and "Update On Playlist Change" are set to on.

*** This allows the channel names and program guide to be updated more frequently, showing the latest content.
Change Group And Channel Name Sort Order
- From the guide, click the menu button on the remote (3 lines).
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Appearance".
- Select "TV Guide".
- Select "Channel Sorting" and set to Name.
- Click back and then select "Groups".
- Select "Group Sorting" and set to Name.

*** Sorting by name allows you to find things easier.
Hide Unwanted Groups
- From the guide, click the menu button on the remote (3 lines).
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Playlists".
- Select the playlist.
- Select "Manage Groups".
- You can go through each of the 3 catagories and toggle on and off all groups available.

*** Disabling any groups that you are not interested in will make it easier to find things.
